The student will progress and benefit from classes most by coming on a consistent basis.

The school expects to be notified if your student will be absent from class; either in person, by telephone or email. Classes may be made up only if the school is notified of an absence.

Vacation absences may be pre-arranged. Makeup classes can be taken before or after a vacation.

Tuition will not be pro-rated or refunded except for moving or an injury verified by a doctor’s statement.

Class observations are scheduled throughout the school year (see Calendar) when visitors and family are welcome to watch any class at any level.

Special arrangements may be made with the instructor for out-of-town visitors.
