The student will progress and enjoy the class most by coming on a consistent basis.

The school expects to be notified if your child will be absent from class; either in person, by telephone or email. Classes may be made up only if the school is notified of an absence.

Vacation absences may be pre-arranged. Makeup classes can be taken before or after a vacation.

Tuition will not be pro-rated or refunded except for moving or an injury verified by a doctor’s statement.

There are two Observation Weeks each semester (see calendar) when friends and family may watch class.

Special arrangements may be made with the instructor for out-of-town visitors.
